We want you to be happy with the goods you purchase. If you should for any reason be unhappy with the goods you’ve received you will need to notify us within 14 days from receipt of cancellable goods (known as 14 days ‘cooling off period). You will have 28 days from receipt of the cancellable goods to return or exchange the goods, providing you have notified us within the 14 day cooling off period.

Please note that personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, message or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Damages

All pieces purchased are packed and wrapped securely. On the rare occasion that a breakage in shipping has occurred, you will have 48 hours from receipt of the goods to notify us at byjillphillips@gmail.com

How to return or exchange a product

• will need to notify in writing within 14 days of receipt of the cancellable goods if you wish to cancel your order, return or exchange an item. We encourage you to outline reasons for doing so as this helps to improve our service. Please email byjillphillips@gmail.com.

We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging. Please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed. Please note that you will have to cover the cost of the return postage.

We’ll process a refund of your order payment directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days at the very latest, subject to compliance with the returns policy Terms and Conditions and timeframes outlined.

We offer UK standard delivery (plus express UK delivery) and varied shipping fees for International deliveries, see rates below.

If you require an order for a particular date please check this is possible by emailing We may be able to send out the order sooner. 

Sustainable Packaging: Please note we aim to use recycled or bio-degradable bubblewrap wherever possible. Our gift wrap and boxes are made from recycled materials.

All International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail for smaller orders and DHL Express for larger International orders.

UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or DPD depending on the size of order. Expect delivery within the UK to be about 2-3 days from dispatch and within Europe and Rest of World to be 5-7 days.

Please provide a delivery address where someone can accept the package, we cannot take responsibility for the parcel being returned.
